Carolina Park is a classic condominium located on the Golden Mile, one of the most luxurious residential areas of Marbella.
This apartment is available to receive up to 5 guests.
Upon entering you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, and all the crockery to enjoy a delicious meal.
Next, a living room area with a sofa bed, a one-seater armchair, and a Smart TV with Netflix. In addition, a set of table and chairs for you to share moments with your loved ones.
The floor is completed with the master bedroom with a double bed, TV (with local channels), and a storage area. The second bedroom has two single beds.
Finally, the bathroom area has a large sink, shower, and washing machine.
Towards the end of the living room is the access to the garden equipped with an outdoor table and chairs.
The decoration of the apartment is completely modern and warm, taking care of the details so that our guests feel at home.
The condominium offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: swimming pool (open some months of the year -generally from May to October- we suggest checking availability before booking), a tennis court, a large garden, parking and security. Please note that due to the drought, the pool opening dates may be affected.
There's community parking available inside the urbanization but please note this works on a first come, first serve basis so you might not always find a spot to park inside. In that case, there's also free street parking available you can take advantage of!
A security deposit of âŹ500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm and until 11 pm, and 60⏠until 00hs. Outside these hours please consult us for availability and rates.
Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late, there will be a surcharge of 25âŹ.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. Minimun age to book is 25 yo.
*Crib available upon request at additional cost
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more will have an additional cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of âŹ24.20 per hour.
*Transfer from and to the airport available, check availability and cost.
