Villa Esmeraldas is newly built, modern and very colorful. The villa is located on top of the resort so you have a view of both the Caribbean Sea and the inland lake. Villa Esmaraldas has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lots of space and privacy. Next to this, the villa offers a private pool with beautiful panoramic views.
The very spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a cooking island with induction stove, Delonghi coffee machine, a built-in oven, separate microwave, double fridge / freezer with ice maker and a dishwasher. And have you seen the view? Cooking has never been so much fun!
The living area consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and chairs. From the living room you can walk straight onto the covered terrace where there is a dining table with 6 luxury chairs. The glass front between living room and terrace make the space a whole. Inside becomes outside and vice versa. From this terrace you walk into your private pool via a large staircase.
There are 3 bedrooms, with 2 spacious bathrooms with rain shower and hand shower. There is a separate guest toilet. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
