This impressive penthouse, known as the Eagle Pent-house, is an exceptional place to explore the charming white villages of the AxarquĂa, thanks to its privileged location with easy access to the highway that runs along the entire Costa del Sol. Just a ten-minute walk from Torre del Mar beach, this apartment offers comfort and stunning views.
Apartment Characteristics:
Cozy room with comfortable double bed.
Spacious living-dining room with additional sofa bed, ideal for extra guests.
Fully equipped American kitchen to prepare delicious meals.
Complete bathroom for greater comfort.
Magnificent terrace with impressive views of Torre del Mar and the sea, perfect for relaxing.
Access to the community pool during the summer season, opening date June 15th, subject to the rules of the homeowners' association.
The Eagle Penthouse has air conditioning and wifi, both included in the rental price. Additionally, we offer airport transportation service for an additional supplement. Pets are welcome with a supplement of 35⏠per pet.
