Romantic ground floor flat, newly renovated, in the beautiful setting of Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, in Monte.
Conservative restoration, by the owner himself, of an old farmhouse with great attention to detail - history is breathed! Equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, stress-free holiday.
The exposed wooden beams and partially open stone walls make this flat comfortable and cozy.
Kitchen and living room with table, large flat-screen TV with satellite channels and comfortable sofa.
Unlimited Wi-Fi, micro oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
Bedroom with double bed, an open wood stove, large wardrobe, flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a single bed.
It offers space for up to 3 persons.
Modern, new bathroom, right next to the outside entrance door, with window, washing machine, WC, bidet and shower.
Free parking on the street and in the courtyard, free use of the covered storage room for bicycles and motorbikes.
Not far from the house there is a plot of land with a barbecue to enjoy your days and eat outdoors!

In 20 minutes by car you can reach the famous beaches of Lake Garda in Lazise or in 30 minutes Juliet's balcony in romantic Verona.
