This pleasant city 2 bedrooms apartment, located in one of the main arteries of the city, is next to the main access roads that connect the east, west and north of the island, as well as the streets that give access to downtown.

With a simple, practical and functional decoration, the apartment has a living room with 2 sofas, table for your meals and natural lighting. Has 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms, one has a bathtub and the other has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can make your meals.

The property can accommodate a maximum of four people.

Area

This apartment is located in a privileged central area, right in the heart of the city of Funchal. 10 minutes walk from the Mercado dos Lavradores and the Old Town of Funchal, from here you can explore the various tourist attractions of our beautiful city (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Cathedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...)

In addition to these amenities, close to the house (10 minutes walk) there is the 'La Vie' shopping centre with several shops, cafés, restaurants and a medium-sized supermarket.

Getting around

The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.

If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. You can park in the garage of the building.

There is a bus stop right in front of the building, so public transport is an option.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

Other observations
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
- Cleaning during the stay is carried out weekly, as well as changing clothes, towels and consumables. If you want extra cleaning, the service will be charged separately at an affordable price. For stays of less than seven nights, weekly cleaning or changing clothes and replacing consumables will not be carried out.
