Exclusive Beach Front - Fuerteventura
My penthouse apartment is right on the beach front. So close you can hear the waves at night. Youâll love my place because the views are amazing. It's very quiet and private. My place is good for couples, mature guests and solo adventurers. This place is suited to long term bookings. It's also close to the town and airport. There are 2 balconies, one facing the sea, one 'private' one also facing the sea and in land. It's also large and protected from the sea breeze. Furnished by Ikea.
It's 30 seconds from the beach.
It's 1 minute to the nearest bar and surf shop
It's 2 minutes to the nearest shop
It's 5 minutes to the nearest restarant
It's 5 minutes drive to the amazing sand dunes
It's 30 mins from the airport

Large bedroom - has queen sized bed with balcony with sea, island, beach and pool views.
Smaller bedroom - one double bed
Large lounge with two double sofa beds, desk and dining table, TV and wifi

Very large second outdoor balcony containing four sun loungers, large six seater table, lots more extra space and a BBQ
The complex has a pool
Beach you can surf, wind surf and paddle board off. Door to sea in 60 seconds.
All space in the apartment
There is help close by if needed. I am fully available via phone, email, What's App.
The apartments are on a very quiet complex containing lots of older residents. Please respect the residents and other holiday makers with noise. The complex is a close knit community. The complex is more suited to mature professional couples. The block was built 30 years ago. It has a shabby chic look about it. There is some minor renovation going on.
Taxis are very cheap. I got one from the town the other day and it was 2.4 euros. There is a cycle lane next to the apartment. You can walk via the beach to the town also.
Tea, coffee and milk provided
It's a quiet apartment block. There are very few people staying there.
We like to keep pricing as low as possible for you so we ask guests to bring their own bath towels unless they are travelling with hand luggage from abroad or you are corporate guests. However if you require towels please let us know. We normally charge ÂŁ10 extra per person.
If you require a bed linen change DURING your stay this is charged at ÂŁ15 per person for each linen change with a minimum of a ÂŁ50 charge. Thank you.
For long term stays (more than one week) if you want cleans and fresh linen done these will incur extra charges. Unfortunately Airbnb doesn't provide a pricing system that allows for extra services over long stays. Thanks
Late check out can be booked until 1.30pm (ÂŁ50) or until 8.30pm (ÂŁ70). Please let us know asap so we have time to re-organise cleaners and consider the next guests.
There's some minor work going on re the walkways.
Please check your happy with the property within an hour of entry. If your not, for some reason please let us know right away so we can take corrective action.
