Villa Brac Peace spreads over 400m² of outdoor and indoor space, with a spectacular infinity pool, a big terrace with a panoramic sea view, and a beautiful Mediterranean garden. Right next to the pool is an outdoor shower and outdoor dining and barbecue area, ideal for gatherings with friends, eating tasty food and enjoying a cold drink.



In its 320m² villa Brac Peace features 3 spacious and airy bedrooms equipped with a double beds – two with extra bed (sofa) which can be used for one person in each of two rooms.



Villa is perfect accommodation for 6 persons + 2 persons on sofa beds.



In the basement of the Villa Brac Peace there's a fitness oasis that contains everything you need to maintain a great physical form during vacation. Treadmill, bike, boxing bag and weights or table tennis table complete this gym at your fingertips.



The living area on the ground floor offers entrance to the terrace with a big infinity pool and alfresco table. It is separated by large glass walls, elegantly blended into the environment, with its large sofa as a perfect place for socializing and relaxing. A fully equipped kitchen and a big dining table are a great place to make memories, celebrate, and have fun.



The beautiful bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa together with 3 en-suite bathrooms, each with a shower.



Villa Brac Peace has free outdoor parking and a private garage for the guests. Villa is completely air-conditioned and has free high-speed wireless Internet, LED TVs in every bedroom and in the living room, as well as a satellite TV and a DVD player.

Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. Island Brac belongs to the sunniest Adriatic area with over 2,700 hours of sunshine a year ( in summer 9-12 hours, in winter over 4 hours a day).
