This Cozy house is fully equipped with WIFI and community pool. Perfect to enjoy your holidays on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea with all the amenities you can expect.
Relax yourself in this dream house located in a pleasant and quiet area. It has a lovely porch, a bright and white living room, two bedrooms, and one bathrooms and one toilet. The house has a large outdoor area with garden and communal pool, and barbecue, outdoor garden shower with hot water.
Enjoy with your friends or family, the wonderful views from the swimming pool.

This house has all the facilities and equipment to stay in any month of the year with total comfort. Equipped with bedding for summer and winter, and WIFI.
- Check-in: From 3:00 p.m. A person from our team will be waiting for you at home upon arrival. Tickets after 9:00 pm have a cost of ⏠80 and after 23:00 a cost of ⏠100.
- Check-out: Until 11h00. A person from our team will be waiting for you at home when you leave.
- Do not hesitate to ask us for personal recommendations, if you need any service such as transfer from the airport, a first purchase that awaits you upon arrival, boat rentals or information on excursions or activities.
- For rent for months in low season please do not forget to ask us for prices.

This house location is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday or a season. Only 15 min away by car from the center of Marbella. It is established near to Cabopino port, a perfect location to enjoy its wonderful beach (considered one of the bests in Marbella), and the multiple activities offered in the surroundings. Do not forget the delicious Andalusian gastronomy.
Transportation: From Malaga airport car/taxi takes 31 minutes to the apartment.
Supermarkets: : Mercadona, 9 min by car.
Sea-port: Cabopino, 6 min by car.
Restaurant: (personal recommendation) ' Restaurante Don Quijote ', 9 min by car.
Beach 6 min by car.
Shopping center: âLa Cañadaâ 14 min by car.
Tennis club: Royal Tennis Club, 6 min by car
Golf club: Cabopino Golf, 4 min walking.
RULES OF THE HOUSE
Take care of the house as if it were your own.
Respect the rules of coexistence and rest. Do not make loud noises after 11pm.
Forbidden to smoke.
Leave the house as you find it. In case of leaving the house in bad condition or very dirty, it will be deducted from the deposit.
Passport or DNI details should be provide to the property to be reported to Spanish police.
All payments should be by bank.
Due to new regulations, an additional charge will apply in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
