Our Loft MirĂł is the ideal apartment for those looking to stay in a modern, elegant, and comfortable space in Barcelona.
It has been carefully designed to offer maximum comfort. The soft tones, combined with a harmonious mix of contemporary and traditional furnishings, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The spacious and bright living room features a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a dining table for six people. From here, you can access a lovely private terrace equipped with outdoor furnitureâperfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.
The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary utensils to enjoy meals with family or friends.
The apartment offers two bedrooms with queen-size beds and two full bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The total capacity is for 6 people.
It also includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
Located in the Plaza España area, youâll be close to the Arenas shopping center, Fira de Barcelona exhibition center, and MontjuĂŻc hill, which hosts museums, gardens, and the Magic Fountain show. The area is well connected by metro (lines 1 and 3), AerobĂșs, and local buses.

Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited (fine from âŹ50 to âŹ250)
Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon prior request (supplement of âŹ20)
The apartment is equipped with a Roomonitor noise detector (it does not record conversations, only measures decibels). Tampering with it or exceeding the allowed noise level may result in a fine of âŹ50 to âŹ250
Using the provided bath towels for the beach is prohibited (charge of âŹ12 per towel applies)
Check-in and requirements:
Regular check-in between 14:00 and 20:00
After 20:00: âŹ30 supplement
After midnight: âŹ50 supplement
From 1:00 AM onwards: âŹ10 per additional hour
Check-in on Sundays and public holidays: âŹ30 supplement
