Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available and outside there is ample off-road parking and a garden with patio and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop within 1.5 miles and a pub within 0.7 miles. Little Batts is a charming retreat to Kent.
