With access to a large communal swimming pool and close proximity to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops, this villa is perfectly situated for those seeking both convenience and relaxation. The stunning beaches of Albufeira are also just a few minutes away by car.The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 + 3 guests and offers 3 spacious bedrooms, two with twin beds and one with a double bed. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and its own balcony. Two additional bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower) provide extra comfort and convenience.The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, and hob.The open-plan living and dining area is bright and welcoming, with a built-in sofa, satellite TV, and direct access to the outdoor space. Outside, guests can enjoy a traditional brick barbecue, beautifully landscaped gardens, and access to the shared pool and pool bar, perfect for relaxing under the Algarve sun.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
