Completely renovated to the highest standard, the villa is set over different levels with stunning sea views from most rooms and sleeps 8 guests. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two are en-suite), a living area with satellite TV, DVD player and steps up to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor terrace is approximately 70 m² and has a natural stone barbecue, outdoor kitchen, spacious teak wood panel and lounge area where guests can spend unforgettable hours enjoying the breathtaking sea views and watching as Cala San Vicente romantically lights up in the evenings. Steps lead up to the main 120 m² secluded sun terrace with a private pool where guests can soak up the sun and the panoramic sea and mountain vistas. A truly unique feature of this villa!

Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
