Le Clos Masure d'Etretat is one of the buildings of an old traditional Cauchoise farm.
All Clos Masure have a particular organization: embankments planted with windbreak beeches form a large quadrilateral surrounding the various buildings. There is also a dairy, a stable, a barn, a bread oven, a carthouse, a horse riding arena, a pond, a barn and the farmer's house. In the open spaces of the courtyard, apple trees were often planted there.
Built at the end of the 19th century, our establishment served as a dairy on the ground floor and as a hay shed upstairs.
In 2020, we undertook its renovation while respecting this heritage and the existing architectural elements. We have also attached great importance to the choice of materials and equipments that minimize the carbon footprint of the lodge and its operation.
