All in all we were very disappointed with the accommodation.Why? - The banner on the listing states "House nr Beach with Superb View and access to Poolâ, Two weeks before our trip we received an information pack saying the pool was unavailable in August - Travelling with 4 children the pool access was a key reason for choosing the accommodation so finding out it was unavailable in the period we had booked for felt we'd been significantly mislead.We had significant problems with many items in the house - damaged shower hose flooded the bathroom, Shower trap in second shower was clogged with hair from previous occupants (over many months even years it looked like) It was so badly clogged the maintenance man needed to take it away to clean it and brought it back the following morning.We also needed him to refit one of the toilet seats as it was very loose. We had similar problems with the filter in the tumble drier (badly clogged and not easily cleared) and the Dyson Hoover - which looked as though it had been used to hoover up liquid when already full and this had set solid.Many of the soft furnishings - couch in the living room, rug in the living room, amongst others were dirty/stained.The cleaners were terrible. Their work needs to be spot checked. Significant dust was present under beds/couch.Wifi/TV signals were very weak
