Completely renovated and decorated with fine elegance and taste, the apartment sleeps four (with possibility of six), has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining island seating six and a spacious and bright living area.
Both bedrooms feature a queen-size bed while the master bedroom has a en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle. The second bathroom is situated out of the bedroomâs hallway. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers with rain shower heads and exquisite hygiene products.
With a southward orientation, the apartment offers a small balcony with great afternoon sun exposure. It is ideal for year-round occupation.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of âŹ80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of âŹ6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.
The city tax on the amount of âŹ2,00 per person, per night (max of 7 nights) is due on arrival in cash.
It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.
