Välkommen till "Blue Door" fritidshus i hjärtat av Wellington P. E.C. Vårt hem ligger nära allt du behöver för det perfekta länet tillflyktsort! Bara en 5 min. Gå till Drake och andra sevärdheter i centrala Wellington, nära vingårdar och 20 + minuter till Sandbanks. Perfekt för 2 par eller en liten familj. Hemmet innehåller ett fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin och torktumlare och 1 1/2 bad. Njut av den vackra utsikten och ett glas vin från bakdäcken och titta på vår granne expansiva bakgårdar.

Vi hade lite roligt att renovera den här lilla pärlan för att ge det ett strandhuskänsla med en touch av mitten av århundradet.

Badlakan och lakan ingår. WiFi finns tillgängligt.

Det finns några fantastiska cykelleder i närheten av huset och en cykeluthyrningsaffär inom gångavstånd.

En Provincial Park Day Pass ingår i hyra för dig att njuta av en dag på stranden!

Observera att för juli och augusti hyr vi i minst en vecka.

The best house rental we’ve been in

The place was very clean and the owner super sweet. We had a wonderful experience in this house, pictures were reflecting perfectly the place. It’s the perfect location, walking distance from lots of restaurants and right in between the beach and wineries. Highly recommend!

🍂Fall weekend in wellington 🍂

This spot is a gem and we would definitely saty again! Very clean, well maintained and beautiful mid century modern touches throughout the home. Location, location, location! Perfect to walk to the main strip with wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, midtown brewery, grocery store, etc. Also close to get to the biking/walking trail. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved our stay!

The bungalow is tastefully decorated, and well-equipped, situated in a fantastic location. While this was not an issue for us, please note that there is no hot tub despite it being indicated on the listing. Would absolutely return!

My Partner and our two friends had the best time in PEC! It was their first time to this cottage was the best place to be close enough to everything in order to show people around. The house was very clean!

Great weekend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Catherine’s cozy bungalow in Wellington! From the moment we booked, Catherine’s communication was excellent, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The bungalow itself is perfectly located, just a short walk to good restaurants, and close to the beach, and several wineries. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the home, which made our stay even more comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a prime location, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Lovely place!

Only positives to report. The house itself has everything one needs. Very thoughtfully determined with excellent bedrooms, kitchen with all the silverware plates glasses wine glasses, anyone would ever need. As well as a supply of sugar salt, spices and other things. The rooms, bedding, furniture everything works, and the screened in porch is so nice. Communications with Catherine were terrific.

Cottage in Wellington ON

This was excellent. We quite enjoyed our stay in Prince Edward County. This cottage was perfect, very clean when we arrived, well equipped, had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. No cable for television viewing so you have to cast. If you don't know how to do that, it can be an issue if you want to watch television. Other than that, it was perfect!

6 day Getaway

The location in Wellington is great for travelling all over PEC. Having a whole house to spread out is great. The inside of the bungalow was clean and well stocked. The outside needs some attention and we have made suggestions to the host. Everything you would want was in the kitchen along with new appliances. Lots of closet space and comfortable beds. We would go there again.

Charming house nicely located

We had a very pleasant stay at Catherine's house. It is well decorated and we found everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the area. The house doesn't have a dishwasher which could have been nice. Beds and pillows were comfortables. Plenty of plush towels. The neighborhood is quiet and even with Canada Day's celebrations, the kids were not disturbed when bedtime came. There is a lot of nice places to go to that are walking distance (art shops, coffee shops and restaurants, bars). There is a beach in Wellington but the 25 minutes drive to Sandbanks is worth it. Catherine provided a free parking pass which was very appreciated. Kids loved Lakeshore Beach. The waves were fun. Beaches are quite busy on weekends. Arrive early and it can be worth to walk a few minutes on Lakeshore Beach away from the parking lot to get a less busy area to spend the day. You will find a supermarket two blocks from the house. Wine shops and farmers markets can be found just a few minutes out of the village.

Quel bel endroit de vacances!

Nous avons été vraiment ravies de notre séjour chez Catherine dans cette adorable maison. Confortable, bien équipée pour cuisiner, 2 salles de bain, jolie literie complète, très propre, décorée avec goût, terrasse arrière, des lits très confortables, du rangement pour nos effets personnels, un garage sécurisé pour les vélos. Une jolie petite ville tranquille avec de beaux commerces, sur le bord du Lac Ontario. Très bien située pour les activités à faire dans cette région: près des vignobles, piste cyclable à 2 pas de la maison qui longe les paysages champêtres, pas loin des plages des Sand Banks. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour de 4 jours à tous les points de vue. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésiter et comptons y retourner l'été prochain!

Parfait pour un voyage en famille!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique petite maison avec nos jeunes enfants et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre expérience. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison en arrivant et la propriété à toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer de belles vacances. La maison est très bien située et il est possible de se rendre à pieds au centre du village. Nous recommandons très fortement cette magnifique demeure où nous avons créé de merveilleux souvenirs en famille.

Parfait!

Nous avons adoré notre sejour. Tout etait parfait, la maison, l'ameublement et les fournitures. L'emplacement au centre de Wellington et près des plages de Sandbanks est ideal. Catherine est tres sympathique et a pris le temps de repondre a nos questions. Un must, nous y retournerons assurément !!

Wonderful family experience!

This property made for a wonderful family getaway. Beautiful house, with large living room and a nice verranda in the back. Very short walking distance from restaurants and shops in the heart of Wellington, ON. 20-25 minutes away from Sandbanks and North Beach provincial parks, and from many wineries. The owner, Catherine, was very nice and helpful with her recommendations. Kudos!

Fun in the County

The house was in the perfect location to walk into town or visit art studios. The home needed some attention upon arrival, lots of cobwebs on the inside and out. We would recommend the property managers open windows prior to guests arriving to air the premises prior to arrival. The shower was great, the beds were comfortable and the BBQ was great. A dishwasher and FAQ sheet (garbage day, how to setup the TV) would be a nice addition. Overall, a good place to stay.

Good place to stay.

Everything was good. Fully stocked kitchen, nice beds. No cable TV. Can walk to Foodlands to buy some food. Windows were not cleaned for quite some time. Generally, a nice house to stay in the area. Driving to Sand Banks takes about 20 minutes. If you go the other way you can go to North Beach provincial park's beach, which is as good as Sand Banks' beaches. We are satisfied.

Our place is a rare opportunity for a small family, one or two couples to enjoy the amenities of an entire house to yourself on a quiet street close to everything you need for a fantastic get-away!
