The former medical practice is located just a stone's throw away from Theresienwiese, famous for Oktoberfest. On the 1rd floor located and on 45mÂČ the converted and renovated 2-bedroom apartment offers space for up to 8 people. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. A Smart TV with Zattoo Live TV function and a large dining table are also part of the furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker and kettle. One of the total 2 bedrooms is equipped with two 160x200 double beds. The newly built bathroom has shower/WC. Explore Munich like a local and benefit from the super location in the center of Munich.
