Brand new apartment for mid-term rental in the heart of the Ciutat Vella district of Barcelona, also known as El Born. The building has been recently renovated in order to ensure comfort, health and wellbeing for occupants.
The apartment counts with 136 square meters composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a stunning private terrace. The design highlights the charming open spaceâs, unobstructed views and curated contemporary furniture.
As you enter the apartment you will find a spacious living-dinning room perfect to relax and entertain. The open plan kitchen is outfitted with marble countertops and black wood cabinetry. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all modern NEFF appliances and essentials.
The first ensuite bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed and multiple closet space, it is flooded with loads of natural light and relaxing vibes. The ensuite bathroom is spacious and has a full walk-in shower.
The second bedroom comes with two single-beds (optionally changeable into a double bed) and ample closet space for all your storage needs. There is a second bathroom with a full walk-in shower.
The third bedroom comes with a single bed and a dedicated work area for all oneâs work from home needs.
Notice that all 3 bedrooms communicate with a large terrace (26 square meters) with a lounge area creating a bright and tranquile atmosphere to enjoy outdoor living.
The apartment includes access to an amazing rooftop area with hammocks, outdoor shower and chill out area located on top floor of the building with unique views of the Cathedral of Barcelona.
