Sapins is a very large duplex ski-in / ski-out apartment accommodating up to 10 guests. Centrally located in the heart of Avoriaz, Spains enjoys spectacular views from its large balcony & picture windows. Fully refurbished for the 2024 winter season - Sapin is a fully modernised state of the art property, yet still retains some unique Avoriaz design concept features. Sapins is an excellent choice for groups or multiple families preferring a larger space. Thanks to its 2 entrances, you have direct access onto the piste from the lower entrance and direct access into the town centre from the upper entrance. The Aquariaz water park & creche are just 100 meters away and town centre shops, restaurants, ski-hire, sledging and supermarkets are approx. 200 meters.



Layout

Arranged over 2 floors, this 12th floor 95 M2 duplex apartment comprises the following: Entrance lobby with ski and boot storage & private boot warmers, separate toilet & basin - state of the art fully fitted modern kitchen - dining area - comfortable living room for 10 guests with 65" SMART TV & fibre optic WiFi. Stairs lead down to 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate toilet and the laundry facility.



Kitchen, Living & Dining

Sapins is furnished in a bright new clean modern Alpine style. The fitted kitchen offers integrated appliances including a full-size multi-function oven, 4 plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, plus microwave, over-sized fridge freezer, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and electric blender. There is a variety of quality kitchen utensils and ample crockery, glasses and cutlery for 10 people. Complimentary teas, sugar, coffee, filter papers, salt, pepper, herbs, foil, dishwasher tablets and cleaning materials are all provided.

The open-plan living area is equipped with large leather sofas capable of accommodating 10 guests, a 65" SMART TV and includes a sofa bed to offer maximum sleeping flexibility.



Wifi & TV

There is private high-speed secure fibre optic Wi-Fi. The flat screen 65" SMART TV offers both cable channels with a good selection of French, English and international channels and full streaming services so you can keep up to date with your favourite box set.



Bedrooms

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 1 triple with bunkbeds and a single bed & 1 bunkbed room. All bedding comprising duvets and superfine Egyptian cotton bedding is provided.



Bathrooms

Sapin offers 3 œ bathrooms - 1 full size bathroom with bath, shower & basin and a 2 further shower rooms and 2 separate toilets.



Laundry

Sapin is equipped with a BOSCH washing machine and separate tumble dryer.



Balcony

Large south-west facing balcony offers views over the pistes and valley to Prodains and Morzine. Secure car parking indoors or outdoors available (additional charge and reservation recommended).



Children

Children of all ages are welcome. We can offer baby cots, high chairs, changing mats and a selection of toys and family board games on request.

Location, nicely presented, spotlessly clean and definitely ski in, ski out The ability to close off the bunk room from the second double bed room if possible. A toilet in the triple room vs shower only would be great.

Location ideal, views amazing, enough space for 9. Cool apartment, cosy and warm. Kitchen kit needs updating (pans not great for induction hobs and a bit tired). Wifi not great, we were told this was due to being there on a busy week, so hopefully not the case for everyone.

Great appartment right below the ski tracks

The appartment is very well located in Avoriaz. You can park your car at he aprking in Avoriaz and luggage is transported against fiasr cost to your stay. The appartment has everything you need for your ski holiday. If you don't want to get out for dinner you can very well have your dinner or lunch in the appartment. The beds are really nice. We also like the washing machine and dryer very much!! We think for an 11 person appartment it is a bit too small (e.g. the dining table). But that of course depends upon how many younger children there are.

We pride ourselves on making all our properties a really comfortable high quality home from home, kitting them out with numerous extras, which coupled with our high standard of maintenance and hygiene and our flexible approach helps to offer you the best ski holiday ever. We are old hands in Avoriaz so we know where to find the best lunch spots on the hill, the best aprĂšs-ski bars, the hidden powder and the quiet pistes. We spend all our winters in Avoriaz and will be happy to share our tips with you and we will be in resort to assist you with anything you need during your stay.
Outside of the ski season, we can usually be found either on the move or on the water as we are keen travellers, sailers and scuba divers. We divide our time between London in the UK, Paphos in Cyprus and Phuket in Thailand where we also have a beautiful Thai pool villa for rental.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Avoriaz is a fabulous ski resort - it's high for reliable snow and due to its proximity to the Mont Blanc, it actually has the most snow sure record of any French resort. Being just over 1 Œ hours from Geneva, it's incredibly accessible whether by plane, train or road. All our pretties offer skiing to and from the front door and the entire resort is car free, so its a snow paradise and very safer or kids. There are heaps of additional activities on offer beside unlimited ski-ing and snowboarding such as the Aquariaz aqua park, sledging both day and night time, ice skating, horse sleigh rides, ski joering, parenting... The properties all face south for spectacular mountain views and lots of sun s in a fantastic location with wonderful views. Being a compact resort, all the shops and supermarkets are generally within 100 - 200 meters.

The apartment is fabulous inside too - 4 bedrooms, wonderful views, central and really cozy and very comfortable with carpets, cushions and rugs, fibre optic wifi, Smart TV, a fully fitted modern kitchen with large fridge freezer and 3 1/2 modern bathrooms.
