Summary:
Nordic Style decor 2 bedroom apartment with great sea views and shared swimming pool. Offers two good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town, air conditioning and terrace leading on from the lounge. An ensuite bathroom and second bathroom with clothes dryer and washing machine.
Fire alarm also installed.
The Space:
The most beautiful view can be enjoyed from the terrace to the ocean and splendid views also from the master bedroom. It is a 200m walk to the nearest supermarkets and restaurants are plentiful within a 150m range. The local square, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, snacks, sunset drinks, or dinner as well as a variety of boutique shops, art gallery, hairdresser, etc. is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. The private condominium has its own private swimming pool and the beach is less than 15 minutes, walking.

The area is rich in culture, with art galleries and museums like the Casa das HistĂłrias Paula Rego offering a glimpse into local art and history.
Getting Around:
Located on Av. 25 de Abril, the property is well-connected to various modes of transportation. The Cascais Train Station is just a 15-minute walk away, offering convenient services to Lisbon and other nearby towns. Bus stops are also within easy reach, facilitating travel within Cascais and to surrounding areas. For those who prefer to drive, the A5 motorway is within a 10-minute drive, providing quick access to Lisbon. Cyclists will find dedicated bike paths leading to key local attractions.

* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
