This luxury and brand new 5 bedroom, 3 storey villa is located in a prime, central location, just a few minutes walk to the popular Protaras strip, the closest beach and the vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops that Protaras has to offer. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with new and contemporary furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.
As you enter the villa, you will find the spacious, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, all surrounded by large bi-fold patio doors leading to the garden and pool. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels and wi-fi connection. The dining area has a table and chairs to seat 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils needed for an enjoyable self-catering stay.
You will also find one of the bathrooms with shower and WC on this floor
Upstairs, you will find three of the bedrooms, one double and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC.

This villa offers the extra luxury of a roof terrace with seating area overlooking the sea views that can be accessed from the first floor
Downstairs, on the lower ground floor level which is accessed from the living room, you will find the two remaining bedrooms, one double and one twin that offer a shared veranda.

As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties, as well as rent them, we saw a huge gap in the rental market, as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is the most successful short-term rental provider in the Famagusta area as well as manager of over 150+ villas.
