The apartment is located in the best position at the heart of the coastal front of Rethymno and just 2 minutes walking distance from the organized sandy beach. It is a very well equipped functional apartment with 2 units of airconditioning with a large terrace 55 cm with shading. In the terrace there are two sunbeds for relaxing time in the sun and an outdoor comfortable sofa-bed. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room which can be transofmed to 1 or 2 beds or a second huge double bed. Baby cot is also provided for infants and it can be positioned in the bedroom. The big kitchen is full equipped with electrical devices a big fridge-freezer, electric cooker, espresso cofee machine, kettle, slice toaster, sandwich toaster, kitchenware and tableware. Τhe living room is also equipped with dining-room furniture, satelite tv. In the balcony it is an outdoor metal dining. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Sun boiler for warm water during all day and night. Free Wifi and ethernet connection. Outdoor socket. We also provide towels, sheets, swimming pool towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, shampoo and shower bath, soap, kitchen sponge and dish soap. First aid kit and fire extinguisher. The apartment also has a washing machine with quick washing programs. Games for children are providing on request. Balcony doors and windows with window screens. All the clothing (towels, sheets, mats) is washed at 90 °C. The apartment is very well hygiersely cleaned with all the rolls of Covid 19 up-to-date safety and cleaning procedures.
