Great apartment, with separate entrance, on the top floor of the Villa Wema duplex, in the "Aldea de playa de las Coloradas" urbanization.The apartment has a living-dining room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a wonderful terrace with lateral views of the sea and frontal views of the Los Ajaches Natural Park, where the fabulous Papagayo beaches are located.The urbanization, with its typical Lanzarote houses, has a quiet community pool, with views of the sea and Las Coloradas beach, and stands out for its good location, since within walking distance we find a supermarket, the bus stop, and the Playa Blanca promenade, which joins the Playas del Papagayo (considered the best in Lanzarote) with the Pechiguera Lighthouse, and through which after a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes you reach the port of Marina Rubicón (with its numerous restaurants).If you come by car you can park without problems around the complex.In the apartment you will find Wifi, Smart-TV, kitchenware, bedding, towels, and everything you need to enjoy your stay in Lanzarote.
