The kitchen/diner houses an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and a lounge with Smart TV. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bath and a double with en-suite shower, serviced by a cloakroom. To the outside is a patio with furniture, barbecue and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.4 miles there is a pub and please note that this property does not accept pets or smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Nine Acres Barn is a wonderful escape, whatever time of year. Please note the property does not accept children between the ages of 1 years and 8 years old

There are also some excellent walking and cycling trails in the area, including Savernake Forest, resting within the North Wessex Downs AONB, whilst those interested in Jazz music will enjoy visiting the annual International Jazz Festival, organised over a weekend each July.
