-The Villa-

Situated in the most luxurious, prestigious and exclusive urbanisation of Europe, La Zagaleta, a true jewel of Southern Spain which is truly considered "Best Resort" of Spain for its unique blend of nature, space and unprecedented level of service, our villa is set on a plot of almost 6000 m2 and is 1156 m2 built overlooking beautiful golf fields valleys, wooded hills and gorgeous mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The plot itself is a piece of art of how to grow and maintain a tropical garden. Mature fruit trees with the ripening grapefruits, avocado, lemons grenades, quince fruit and more are set on the carefully mowed lawns amongst curved swimming pool, two artificial lakes with a bridge over streams and between manicured tropical bushes and palms.

The villa counts of 5 bedrooms, it consists of 3 independent houses. First house has a large living room with a guest toilet, one huge master bedroom with queen size bed and adjoined bathroom and a wardrobe room. Another bed can be added upon request. From the master bedroom the way leads to the library or cinema room equipped with a hidden TV set and a projector for the guests to enjoy full cinema experience on a big foldable screen. The library room opens into the living room and then into the dining room equipped with a dining set for 8 guests. From the living room there is a direct access to the huge terrace with incredible views to the green valleys below and to the Mediterranean Sea. Infinity pool is heated. In windy days you can enjoy the incredible views and have your meals and drinks form the glazed shack.

Large kitchen is divided visually into two parts: kitchen and the relax area with a sofa set in front of the TV set. There is another bedroom with adjoined bathroom in the same building.

Exquisite decoration, charming classic-rustic style combined with all necessary amenities like AC in all rooms, heated floors, flat screen TVs, hidden speakers, dimmable lights and more bring comfort to the ultimate level.

Going out form the living room into the outside area you will find yourself in the "patio" with a gas barbecue set and the outside lounge area equipped with the garden furniture.

Next building (bedroom 3) is really a separated house with one bedroom and one bathroom, which is oriented towards south with the same incredible views. The last building consists of 2 bedrooms equipped with queen size beds and with adjoined bathrooms.

The entrance group with a fountain can easily fit in 4-5 cars. Should this not be enough, there is a garage for another 4-5 cars on the lower level.

-Service-

The staff permanently living at the villa is almost not seen but it takes care of the cleaning, laundry, garden and anything else (but cooking) which you might requiere during your stay.

Residents have private access to 50 km of internal roads spread throughout its valleys, leisure and sports amenities, such as two golf courses, two clubhouses, an equestrian centre, a tennis club, and a concierge service. However, if it is too long to go, we must mention a helipad for private arrivals. Not to mention that La Zagaleta delivers the highest level of security demanded by its residents.

You are welcome to check in anytime but check ins after 20:00 will be subject to late arrival fee of 100€.
We provide airport pick up/drop of including by helicopter. Private chefs and staff can be arranged for your events.
