Om boendet

Vi har ombyggt våra 2500 kvadratmeter hem. Det är ett ljust, luftigt, inbjudande utrymme där du kan koppla av ute på uteplatsen eller njuta av familj och vänner inuti i ett av våra många öppna bostadsområden. Under dagen kan du köra ner till vår privata strand, spela några hål på den närliggande golfbanan, besöka byparken, eller släpp av en närliggande vingård och smaka på.

När du kommer stanna, när du går genom dörrarna kommer du att träda in i ett ljust, öppet vardagsrum med dubbla bildrutor. Ser upp mot 25ft. taket, hittar du en balkong som övervakar vardagsrummet från andra våningen. När du går längre in i huset hittar du att vardagsrummet öppnar till en hall på höger eller matsalen rakt framåt. Genom matsalen kan du också komma åt köket och familjen / tv-rummet. Ner i hallen hittar du ett queen size-sovrum, ett tvåbäddsrum med två sängar, ett annat sovrum med en full storlek säng som bekvämt sover två vuxna och ett gemensamt badrum.

Gå upp i lövträet till andra nivån hittar du ytterligare tre sovrum. Till höger är ett queen size-sovrum med utsikt över framsidan av fastigheten. Fortsätt längs hallen till vänster hittar du ett annat queen size-sovrum med eget badrum (även tillgängligt via korridoren). Slutligen, när du når slutet av korridoren hittar du sovrummet. Det stora sovrummet innehåller en king size-säng, ett privat badrum, en separat sittgrupp, samtidigt som 270 graders utsikt över fastigheten.

Utanför har bakgården flera sittplatser och ätområden, en rörlig chimär och en mobil kolgrill. Det finns ett litet däck på bottenvåningen tillgängligt med skjutdörrarna från familjen / tv-rummet. En annan större däck på andra våningen, lämplig för sittande / lounging är tillgänglig från insidan av huset genom skjutdörren på toppen av stegen samt en utomhus trappa i bakgården.

Anteckning 1. Egenskapen är rök och husdjur gratis (ingen rökning inomhus och inga hundar och katter).
2. I största möjliga utsträckning försöker vi behålla en ingen skorpolicy. Det håller utsidan smuts ute och hjälper dig att slappna av medan du är inne :)
3. Vi har ett standardavtal om leasingavtal som vi kräver att gästerna loggar innan de tar plats för huset.

Gorgeous home, stress free stay, warm hospitality

What delightful hosts Oba and Ayinde were! Ayinde met us at the home and gave us a working tour of their beautiful and well equipped home. The yard was divine and the out door spaces rivaled the comfort and cleanliness of the indoor spaces. We had a relaxing and stress free stay. We were here for a family reunion (family stayed in multiple houses across sag harbor) but ours was the very best of all of the homes. Thank you, Oba and Ayinde! We would Love to return.

Wonderful House Great location!

The host met us at the house and he was helpful and informative. We had a party of 12 adults and the house was perfect for us. The 6 bedrooms and outside furniture were comfortable. The nearby private beach was in walking distance. The house was clean and well decorated. We would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed this place

This house is well equipped. It had everything we needed and more. We did not cook very much, but had we wanted to everything needed was available. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were nice and plenty were available. All needed household items were supplied. Made it nice to not have to obtain those. The layout worked well for us. Three bedrooms up and three bedrooms down. Made travel with teenage boys easier. The two living areas are spacious and there is a basement with a very large living sitting area with another TV. I am not sure if the kids used this but I didn't. Nice washer and dryer. I have the same brand so no learning curve on the use. The home overall had a lot of nice things I did not expect. There was an abundance of outdoor living space. Several sitting and dining areas outside on decks/patios on two different levels. The furniture on them was clean and comfortable. The private beach in the area was nice to have if you did not feel like going to some of the other beaches nearby. We went out there a few times and there was never more than a handful of others, so it was pretty secluded. It was on the bay side, so no rolling waves. But it was clean and fun to walk around on. The location was about a mile from the main Sag Harbor area which made going to grab dinner/coffee/whatever a very simple trip. The owner/manager were extremely responsive and even proactive communicating. We had no problems with the house, but if we had I feel like they would have been addressed immediately. They seemed to be a phone call away and even texted during our stay to check in. The decor overall was nice and clean. Even beach towels were supplied. The kitchen had been remodeled. Nice appliances. Lots of seating if you wanted to do a sit down meal. Really have no complaints about anything. It was a great fit for 9 of us and would even have room for a couple more pretty comfortably. I would definitely stay here again.

Girls Weekend

9 of us ladies, half from the Island and half from out of state got together at this beautiful home to spend the weekend together. We spent a few nights just in the house since it was large and beautiful. And all day out at the local south shore wineries. We also had a great dinner at Barons Cove. Oba was nothing but helpful and attentive. This house, town and experience was a 10/10.

Wonderful property near Sag Harbor village

We rented this property for family gathering for a wedding in Sag Harbor. It was perfect all around! The house is spacious with a beautiful open floor plan, comfortable furnishings, and great outdoor spaces. It was a short walk to the beach and had super easy access to the village. The owner was very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

My friends and I came here for a long weekend in September and had a wonderful time. The house was gorgeous and a quick walk to the beach. Oba was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We would gladly stay here again.

A lot of space and access to private beach !

We were here with our family, kids and friends and everyone loved it. Plenty of space and a nice backyard to grill food. It is close to the private beach and kids would scoot to the beach every day. The house is super clean and well stocked. We will be looking to rent here again next summer.

Private beach in Sag Harbor

We enjoyed a three-week stay at this property with our two young kids, aged 5 and 3. Upon arriving, we were happy to see that the house was just as pictured and very clean. There are parts of the house that haven't been completely updated/remodelled, but it was clear that the house has been well cared for. The house is in a good location-- about 1.5 miles from the center of Sag Harbor, a short drive from tennis courts and a huge playground, and also a short drive from the main public beach. But the best part about the house was the close location (about .5 miles) and access to the private beach, which was not crowded and perfect for our kids. The two owners, Oba and Ayinde, were extremely responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay.

Great stay for Price

This is a nice large home in Sag Harbor Hills, walking distance from a private, small beach and a 20 min drive from the ocean. It is a 25-minute walk into town and a 5-minute drive. I think it is a great option for the price and it accommodates 12 people if you count two per room, but only has three bathrooms. The kitchen/dining room table only sits four. There are counter seats and even though there are more than 4 chairs, not sure if its conducive to sitting there because the kitchen is really tight – and I don’t think more than 3 people could sit there comfortably. The kitchen is general is fine, but we were renting the place during COVID and cooked and ate dinner in the house and found the kitchen very tight. For instance, you cannot open the refrigerator and load the dishwasher at the same time. Also, the kitchen has no cabinets, but it does have a pantry, but you cannot open the pantry when using the stove top or when the oven is open. It is just tight for cooking and dining. And, if you plan to grill, be aware it is a charcoal grill (not propane)– which may be an issue for some. All but two of the bedrooms are quite small – meaning that the bed takes up almost the entire room. Difficult for unpacking and keeping your things organized. The bathrooms are perfectly fine/recently upgraded. The homeowners seem to be really good people, but not so fast to respond until the week of your trip - just be aware that they WILL get back to you but if its more than the week of or suring your trip - you may not get a response until Sunday night! Anyway - the great room areas are comfortable, the AC keeps the house cool and the house is pretty and the second-floor deck is especially nice. One thing about the house that we did not know and could not get a reasonable expectation from the reviews is that the house is in an area where this house is: although it has the Sag Harbor address the homes around it are smaller and so it doesn’t have that total Hampton Vibe, but the area is charming and welcoming and the beach is gorgeous and it’s nice to have an easy walk to the beach for a sunset picnic dinner. Overall, we really liked it and would recommend for a large group – but be advised of the kitchen/cooking space issues.

Great house and location!

This house was great for a weekend with 10 friends and one kid. Plenty of room for everyone around the house and the backyard. Communication with the host was super easy, he made sure we had everything and replied messages timely. The private beach within walking distance is definitely a highlight! We loved it and would stay here again.

Great Sag Harbor House!

Nice, clean and large house that is a close drive or walk to Sag Harbor town and the public beach. (The private neighborhood beach is better and closer, which was a nice add.) The house was very clean, and check-in was extremely easy. The owner was easy to reach and easy to work and communicate with. The pictures of the house in the listing are true to the property. It's definitely a property we'll look for in a future trip to Sag Harbor.
