The structure is an original Tuscan building. Totally restored, it has retained its characteristic stone exterior walls, impressive oak beams, terracotta floors and charming cross-vaulted ceilings.
The Podere is very spacious and comfortable. Its large indoor and outdoor spaces make it particularly suitable for hosting families with children and groups of friends, or for celebrating anniversaries and ceremonies. Immersed in a large garden completely fenced off and safe for small children, among shady plane trees and fruit trees, the villa allows its guests the necessary privacy. The swimming pool is also completely fenced off and safe for children to enter. The villa is one and is on two floors.
On the ground floor the villa has a beautiful and spacious kitchen with a large dining room suitable for tables of up to 20 people, a large open space room (60 sqm) used as a room for children or groups of friends (6 beds) and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a fireplace for relaxing and a reading room; also on the first floor, there are 4 large rooms (each with a double bed, one or two single beds and a private bathroom), all very bright and with a panoramic view (14 beds).
It is possible to dine outdoors under the patio of the Carraia from which there is a splendid panorama of the Valdera hills as far as Volterra.
Car parking is private and inside the property.
All the main art cities of Tuscany are reachable in 1h - 1,5h by car as well as the sea and the beaches of the Etruscan Coast or the charming villages of the Val di Cecina.
