This delightful former public house offers guests comfortable and spacious accommodation nestled in the village of Stoke prior and set just a short drive from the town of Leominster which hosts an array of bars, shops, and restaurants. Local attractions are plentiful and include the Black and White Village Trail, the local ruins of a motte-and-bailey castle, the historic National Trust Berrington Hall, Croft Castle, and Brockhampton Estate.
Why not enjoy a walk along the Offaâs Dyke Path on the neighbouring Welsh Borders, try hang gliding on the Long Mynd, canoeing on the river Wye, helicopter rides from Shobdon, horse riding, fishing, or golf. Nearby Ludlow, Leominster, Ledbury, and Hereford both offer an array of bars, shops, and restaurants. Hereford Cathedral is also the location for the famous Mappa Mundi and chained library. Walk across to the popular Gruffalo Trail at Queenwood Country Park, which is sure to be a hit with younger visitors to explore.
