Denna fastighet ligger i ett trevligt lugnt område i Pinetop-Lakeside, även känt som Arizona White Mountains. Kom bort från allt och njut av den friska luften, omgiven av tallar. Fastigheten ligger några minuter till Woodland Lake Park och Hon-Dah Resort Casino. Shopping och restauranger ligger också 5 minuter bort. De flesta företag är små och familjeägda och de är mycket populära bland turister.

Fastigheten har höghastighets Wi-Fi i hela huset. Också tillgängliga faciliteter är kabel-TV och Blu-ray-spelare och en AC-fönster i vardagsrummet. Det finns också fläktar i alla rum och läget håller sig lugnt även på sommaren.

I really enjoyed the trees and "the air". Our stay in the home was very comfortable. It's close to fishing and not too far from town.

Clean, well-supplied home. Enjoyed our 21 days.

One of the cleanest places we have stayed. Quiet residential area with friendly neighbors. Enjoyed the location, the town and the area. Excellent variety of local restaurants, with everything in close proximity. Enjoyed the almost daily monsoons. Would move there if we could!

New Years!

We stayed there for the weekend over New Years. The place was very cute and homey. Enough room for 5 people to lounge around watch TV and lay cards. We also went and played at Sunrise and went sledding perfect location. The property caretaker was very nice and responsive. Would love to stay there again.

Charming home

It was great that the home was fully furnished! We brought clothes and food and had a wonderful time. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The caretaker Naomi was wonderful if we needed anything and Stephanie, who we booked through, was extremely helpful as well. Great for a quite family getaway!

Quite Neighborhood

The house was clean and cozy. Very quite neighborhood felt like we were constantly reminding each other to keep it down and homes are very close together. Parking for multiple vehicles is difficult. This home is more for couples who want to just relax and keep to themselves.

A good deal

A great place to stay if you plan on getting out into the mountains. The house is comfortable and well maintained. The gas stove is a nice extra. Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood, however, is crowded. The lots are VERY small and close together. And watch out for the hag at 5484 N Blue Ridge Loop. She clearly does not want you there.

I'd give it a "La Quinta"

Clean, nicely decorated. Could use some exterior clean up. Had some technical glitches but handleable. Needs better fitting newer sheets. Some of the tightly fit neighbors had rude and even aggressive dogs. All in all pleasant but would not stay again.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY

The house was not cleaned, the toilet was disgusting! The kitchen counters were greasy along with dishes in the cabinets, dish soap was not provided. we shoveled snow for almost an hour to get to the front door with a regular shovel as a snow shovel was not provided, and a clear indication they didn't clean the house prior to our arrival. The heater didn't work, so you must rely on space heaters for each room or bring your own firewood. The dryer doesn't work and there was no hot water. I left 2 voicemails and sent an email with no response from the property caretaker. The location is in a nice neighborhood but I would never stay there again. Disapointing!

Great place! We stayed for 4 nights. The house had everything we needed and more. We recommend this house for families and pup owners. Super quiet place.

Not recommended - beware

Accommodation was far from our liking. Property Manager did not respond to text / phone call on our arrival or even within 24 hrs. We had no alternative but to stay in local hotel, as any chance of resolving issues were eliminated by Property Manager not responding.. Subsequently VRBO / owner refused to refund our advance payment.

Quiet getaway

When I booked the property in April for July, I had been planning on hanging out at a lake, however the weather did not permit that & unfortunately the time to cancel & get a refund was long past. We still enjoyed ourselves, but cancelling should be an option until at least 2 weeks prior to the reservation date.

Just OK

It worked OK for us & our 2 granddaughters. Disappointed with cleanliness of back porch & organization in kitchen. Kitchen sink faucet leaked onto counter making it difficult to use. Too many not useful/ poor condition items crowded cabinets & not enough quality items that were needed. Don't expect to do much cooking in kitchen. Throw rugs dingy & slippery.
