This 3 bedroom split-level house in Nerja has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests. The property is located within a few metres of another house that we offer, Casa Pino.This is a spacious and partially air-conditioned house, situated on an attractive residential development and with access to a large communal swimming pool and children's pool. The pools are located 1 minute walk away from the house. It is set in a quiet, semi-rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches.The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: Outside:Access to a large communal pool and separate kids pool, shared with other residents on the development, patio, barbecue, private parking area.Inside:Air conditioning in the lounge (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, balcony, TV with satellite channels (languages: Spanish, English, German, French), cot and high chair.In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.The property has two bathrooms, one with bath and wc and the other with shower cubicle and wc.Casa Pino is located 73 km from Malaga airport, 106 km from Granada airport, 1.5 km from Nerja bus station, 1.2 km from SuperSol supermarket, 1.7 km from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 2.2 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 6 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 4.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 1km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 26 km from Aquavelis water park, 29 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada, 80 km from Tivoli world amusement park/theme park in Benalmadena. The house is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is a very popular choice for families with young children.A car is recommended for visitors to the house for getting around but is not essential. We have an arrangement with a friendly local taxi company which offers competitively priced airport transfers if required.All prices include water, linen, towels, electricity and final cleaning. When this property is rented for a minimum of 27 nights during the winter months, the discounted prices shown exclude electricity costs

beautiful house

great property with everything you need, except decent directions to find the place. not near the road, so cant park close by. there is a car park close by, but it is entered by an electronically controlled barrier, but the company managing the property, spain sun rentals, think a few aerial photos and a picture of the front of the house is enough directions! if you use this property, and it is a great place, please note that the electronic barrier is the closest point to it that you can get to without a keypass to work the barrier. sadly we didnt find this out until midnight, so had to explore the huge complex hoping to find it. the keysafe number for the property was wrong, so we had to wait for the property caretaker to come, and when he eventually got the right number for the key safe, found it was empty! luckily, he had a spare set of keys on him. we had minor problems with wifi and hot water, but these were soon sorted out by the caretaker. this is a lovely property, but it is also pretty far out of town, and you DO need a car, otherwise your taxi bill, like ours, will be huge! spain sun rentals do the property and the owner a disservice with the way they treat any complaints. apparently we should have known which questions to ask, BEFORE we knew what the problem was.
