The Beach House is a beautiful home with hand crafted and unique features throughout. Set within a cul-de-sac of other family homes.

We are really excited to welcome guests to what was our family home. The Beach House is within walking distance to the beach and an ideal place to stay to explore the area. It has been thoughtfully styled and we have enjoyed living here as a family. We are now looking forward to guests being able to enjoy everything that the property and surrounding area has to offer.
Our property sleeps up to 6 guests (two king bedrooms and one twin bedroom). It is located less than a mile from Llanelli town centre and enjoys a great position for exploring nearby beaches.
Ground floor:
Entrance hallway leads to the living room and to the first floor.
The living area is cosy and benefits from underfloor heating should you be staying during the colder months. Guests can also relax and enjoy the TV which has access to Netflix.
From the living area, guests can access the private and secure patio area behind the property. The area is fenced and gated allowing guests to relax knowing that children and pets can enjoy the space freely. There is also an outdoor dining area seating six guests and a clothes line.
First floor:
As you reach the top of the stairs, the stunning open plan kitchen and dining area can be accessed to your left. This is the perfect space for guests to cook, entertain and spend time together. The modern and stylish kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. The property also benefits from a washing machine which will be useful after beach days. Use of appliances include an oven, hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine. Smaller appliances include a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
The first floor also includes two of three bedrooms and both bathrooms.
The main family bathroom includes a three piece suite with shower over the bathtub.
The twin bedroom is spacious and includes bunk beds as well as space for storage and playing.
The master bedroom has freestanding wardrobes and storage built into the bed frame itself. The bonus of the ensuite shower room is accessible via the master bedroom. The bedroom benefits from a king-size bed.
Second floor:
Leading on from the staircase in the kitchen area, you will access the largest of the three bedrooms. Boasting a unique feature wall, a king-size bed and again plenty of storage for belongings.
Parking is available directly outside the property and guests can benefit from one designated space directly outside (in front of the bench) There are also 2 visitor spaces which are the 2 closest to the t junction out of Culdesac.
The Beach House is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay (hand towel and bath towel per person). Remote self-check-in through the use of a lockbox gives you flexibility for late arrivals.
You will have access to the entire property. I wont be around in person however I have help managing my home and work with Catherine & Ainsley at Pass the Keys. They are local to the property and will be on hand should you need anything during your stay. You will also have access to 24/7 guest support and details of this will be in your guest manual.
Parking-
Free parking. Parking is available directly outside the property and guests can benefit from one designated space directly outside (in front of the bench). There are also 2 visitor spaces which are the 2 closest to the t junction out of Culdesac.
There are two high chairs at the property which guests are welcome to use.
Check-in/ Check out-
Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys so please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
My property is managed by Pass the Keys. They provide 24/7 guest support as well as local personal service before and during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea/ coffee waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! Fresh white bedding is provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shower gel and shampoo. Other items include a washing up sponge, one toilet roll per bathroom and kitchen roll (These are complimentary so do not expect these to be in excess as they are only to start your holiday off as the accommodation is self-catering).
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
