Casa ChiaLù is a newly built apartment, located south of the city of Monopoli, coveted area in recent years for its proximity to free beaches and with services, little chaotic and super served. Parking is on private road and free: on request, we also have a private garage at a cost of 20 euros per night.

Located on the second floor, reachable by stairs or elevator, Casa ChiaLù will welcome you in the immense living area composed of sofa bed (max. for 2 people), table with chairs, Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven and microwave built-in, 4 burner stove, Nespesso machine, fridge and freezer, crockery for 4 people. 
From the living area, you can access the main balcony with partial and lateral sea views, equipped with table and chairs.
A small hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the neighborhood and multiple armandi, and a storage room equipped with washing machine and cleaning products.
The bathroom, however, is equipped with a toilet, bidet and shower: at your disposal, a free courtesy kit!
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, both in the bedroom and living area, as well as central underfloor heating.
