It is 35 m2 and features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with veranda and sofa bed; bedroom, bathroom, and garden. All of Rome’s main sights are within direct, fast and easy reach! The neighborhood is charming,safe, and quiet. There are plenty of local restaurants and services and you’ll be assisted by a responsive and helpful host!

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and its private garden which features a Weber barbecue grill;

You are in front of the Quattro Venti station; Trastevere and the Janiculum are a 10-minute walk away; the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and the Vatican are 12-15 minutes away by direct transport. In front of the house you will find a children's playground, a dog area, a sports centre, a bicycle path, a free still and sparkling water dispenser, a restaurant and a charging station for electric vehicles.
You are also very close to the Gemelli and San Filippo Neri hospitals thanks to the direct train!
Inside the house you will find a large panel with a map showing the routes to the main places of interest by public transport. It will be really easy to get your bearings!
