White Pearl Beach 1 is 100m from the beach being an enclosed oval gated development in a peaceful location. It is a few minutes walk from the Don Carlos hotel, Romano gym, Nikki Beach Club, shops banks and restaurants. It is 5 minutes drive to the Santa Maria golf club and there are tennis and water sports within easy walking distance. The beach is a long safe bathing beach with golden sand, unspoilt by development with restaurants and sunbeds at both ends. The gardens are outstanding with mature palms and trees providing shade and the three pools with sun loungers and parasols and are great for relaxing. The adult pool is heated in the cooler months.
The apartment has marble floors throughout and is air-conditioned. It is fully equipped with fibre optic WiFi and internet TV with 150 channels in multi languages .
The price is inclusive with no extras to pay
The complex is gated with 24 hour security and CCTV and there is reserved underground parking.
The penthouse K7 has a huge 55sq m rooftop terrace with all day sun and with sunbeds and also a 20 sq m patio overlooking the gardens

Fantastic apartment

Very Nice appartment near supermarked, Beach and restaurants. Fantastic view to the sea from the roof terrasse. Nice kitchen with all you need. I Can surely recommend this place.

Best vacation ever

Love the appartment and surroundings. Lots of space and perfect location. We were travveling with 4 kids, age 9-16, and everybody loved the place. 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. Nice poolarea with lifeguard, clean toilets and a beautiful garden. Close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Marbella just a 30 minute taxidrive away. Had fun at the saturday marked there. The hosts were easy to reach, and the security was very good. We miss the place already, and we'll be back, if they'll have us! Thanks for a lovely stay :) Roger, Kristine and the kids

Excellent location with great views

We were familiar with the area of Elviria which we feel is one of the best we have ever visited in Spain. Penthouse was exactly what we were looking for as nice holiday apartment. Sunny top roof terrace until evening was fantastic. The area is green and quiet. Our host was easy to reach and very kind. Everything worked as agreed - Yes, we consider to come back one day!

Härlig vecka i boende med fantastiskt läge

Vi har haft en underbar vecka i ett fantastiskt boende. Makalösa uteplatser med vacker utsikt. Poolområdet och trädgården var superfin. Vi njöt av närheten till havet varje dag, höga vågor till barnens förtjusning. Köket skulle behöva en uppfräschning men i övrigt ett toppenboende. Vi kommer gärna hit igen :-)

Lovely apartment

A spacious and airy apartment, with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Plenty of storage space too. The complex is very attractive with a lovely large main pool and plenty of sunbeds, offering both sun and shade. Beautiful grounds with well established trees and shrubs and the sound of tinkling water from the fountains and stream. Very peaceful and relaxing with plenty of space. And only a minute's walk to the beach. Perfect location! We had a lovely time and look forward to revisiting in the future.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location, close to the bed. It’s a good size apartment in a great complex. The apartment is a little tired and could do with modernising. The third bedroom is off the lounge and has no air conditioning.

We had a lovely time and made great use of the pool. The position within Elviria was one of the main reasons for choosing this property, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops, as we decided not to hire cars this trip, and if we wanted to go further afield, then we used local cabs and Uber. But on the whole we stayed quite local, we had all we needed. The view from the roof terrace in the evening was lovely as the lights went on around the area. We would book this apartment again.

Super beliggenhed

God kommunikation med udlejerne Diana og Patrick før/ under og efter lejemålet løste hurtigt alle spørgsmål. Lejligheden har to fine terrasser den ene syd/østvendt med udsigt til den flot anlagte have, og tagterrassen med udsigt til havet og bjergene. Dejligt centralt beliggende lejlighed til både stranden ,indkøb og byen Elvira Vi glæder os til at komme igen næste år. Venlig hilsen Vivi og Per Pedérsen

Erholung pur!

Tolle Lage, toller Blick, schöne helle Wohnung. Die Wendeltreppe ist nichts für alte Leute, aber sonst kein Problem. Sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Super nah zum Strand. Wohnung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, was uns aber nicht abhalten würde wieder hin zu fahren.

Urbanización fantástica y apartamento decepcionante

Es un apartamento de 2 dormitorios realmente. El tercer dormitorio es una terraza convertida en habitación que comunica con una puerta de cristal con el salón (no tiene ninguna intimidad). Además tiene un desagüe abierto que da mal olor y atrae a los mosquitos. El apartamento estaba limpiado de manera superficial (polvo en los armarios, hielo en el congelador, azulejos sin fregar, etc.). El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. La lavadora nu funcionaba pero rota nos la arreglaron el tercer día. No había jabón de manos ni productos de limpieza. Los puntos positivos es que tiene dos terrazas muy bonitas y grandes, la urbanización es muy buena y está muy cerca de la playa. Salón y habitaciones amplias.

Tolle Unterkunft

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist eine sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Der Pool war im März wirklich gut beheizt, so dass man es sehr lange darin aushalten konnte.

positiver Urlaub

Unser Urlaub vom 31.10. - 10.11.2019 war sehr schön. Die Lage der Wohnung sowie die Wohnung selbst waren sehr gut. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Auch die Komunikation mit den Vermietern war gut und problemlos. Man kann die Wohnung gut weiterempfehlen.

Very comfortable apartment.

Diana and Patrick are very good hosts. They make sure you have everything you need in the apartment from a gas bbq to DVDs and books to read. Very spacious apartment with 2 large sun terraces. The complex was also very nice and the pools were clean and well maintained. We strongly recommend this apartment. Oren & Danielle

Elviria for two weeks

Overall good spacious and tv worked well. Good location but anticipated being closer to Marbella than where we were located. Nice beach. Good restaurants.

Pearl white Beach

Super apartment Very bright.The main problem we found is the third bedroom is a converted sun room & there is no privacy from the lounge. Also there is no privacy for changing. A window in the third bedroom can not be locked and is not suitable for children.Other than that the appartment is great but better as a 2 bedroom apartment.
