The house was built in 1900 and was built by Harland & Wolf Shipbuilders to house the workforce working on SS Titanic.
The inside of the house has a modern feel contrasting with its original hertitage.
Downstairs you have an open plan living room and kitchen . There is a sofa that converts into a large double sized bed.
Large 43” tv, echo dot , bluetooth speaker, micro wave , coffee machine , free wi fi and gas central heating .
The kitchen has a round table with full fruit bowl . Brand new washing machine and electric oven . Built in fridge freezer.
House has smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. First aid kit and fire extinguisher.
Upstairs are 2 bedrooms .
Bedroom 1 has a double bed
Bedroom 2 has a single bed .
Brand new bathroom suite comprising of a powerful large head shower and bath.
The house is very cosy and warm with a brand new gas boiler .
The house is approximately 5 mins taxi from Belfast city centre and there is a bus stop at the end of the street that takes you into the city centre, buses coming every 10 mins .
The area is steeped in history mainly with ties to the Titanic, but also close to birth places of George Best and Van Morrison .
We offer a free pick up service from the city centre and from Belfast city airport .
