On the fourth floor of one of the most interesting liberty buildings of the San Donato area, is a bright and cozy three bedroom flat. This flat combines vintage and modern in a tasteful way with an hint of art, courtesy of Italian artist Fulvio Donorà.
The flat is located in a strategic position, very well connected to public transportation, is very close to PIAZZA STATUTO and PORTA SUSA station and only a 15 minute walk to the very central square, PIAZZA CASTELLO.


The flat has a big entrance, a large living room (that overlooks a brand new kitchen), two double rooms (in which one of them you can divide the bed and make it two single beds), and a single bedroom; it’s also equipped with one bathroom and a large balcony. From the balcony, there is view of the communal garden and the characteristic bell tower of the Santa Zita church and a nice view of the Alps.
The house is equipped with unlimited wifi, smart TV with a Netflix account, washing machine, dish washer, clothesline, AC, hairdryer and ironing board.
This flat is ideal for families, couples or for whoever wants to enjoy their stay in the most important town of Piedmont in a strategic location of the city.



The flat is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator.

The flat will comfortably fit a maximum of 5 people.

ROOM 1: double bedroom, clothes hangers, drawers and AC

ROOM 2: double bedroom where you can divide the bed and make it into two single beds, drawers and clothes hanger

ROOM 3: single bedroom, wall cabinet and a shelf for clothes

BATHROOM: includes a wide shower, toilet, bidet, sink, mirror and washing machine


The two double bedrooms overlook the road while the single room provides a view of the condominium garden.



The apartment overlooks Via Saccarelli; there are numerous parking lots near the house. The subway is 350 meters away, allowing you to be able to reach any area of the city (including train stations) independently.

Towels and bed linens can be changed during your stay for an additional cost of 15€ for the double bed set and 8€ for the single bed set.


Check in at the flat is available from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Check out should be done before 10 am.

If you need to schedule a different time for either check in or check out, you can arrange it with me, your host, for an additional cost of 15€ per hour.
