The Pepper Pot in Warkworth, Northumberland sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
The Pepper Pot is a fabulous, stone built, barn conversion situated on a farm steading just over 2 miles from Warkworth. Built to a very high standard with quality fixtures and fittings, with the log burning stove, under floor heating (downstairs) and spectacular views across the countryside, The Pepper Pot will make an ideal cosy retreat for that peaceful holiday you deserve, any time of the year.
Cavil Head Farm is nestled in the stunning Northumberland countryside, in a sleepy hamlet on the fringe of Warkworth, the gentle peppering of traditional stone buildings have hardly changed since the last cows were milked in them. This former farm, is a couple of fields away from Morwick Dairy in Warkworth, a working dairy farm and ice cream parlour with an award-winning dairy herd. With country walks right from your doorstep, or just a short drive to the iconic Northumberland Heritage Coastline with miles of the finest stretches of golden sand and historic castles dotted along the route, this location is just about as perfect as the country dream home could be.

Separate WC and basin.
Kitchen/Dining Room with polished stone floor, gas Range oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Island with wine cooler and seating for two. Dining table and chairs.
Lounge with wooden floors, large TV with Netflix, DAB radio, Bluetooth speaker, comfy seating with access to the garden and log burning stove.
Under floor heating throughout the ground floor.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with super-king-size bed (zip/link, can be twin on reques),TV/DVD, wardrobe, dresser and chairs, en-suite wet room with shower, WC and basin with heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 with super-King-size bed (zip/link, can be twin on request), TV, wardrobe and drawers.
Bedroom 3 with super-king-size bed 9zip/link, can be twin on request), TV and drawers.
Family bathroom wet room with bath, separate shower, WC and basin with heated towel rail.

Town: Lying in the loop of the River Coquet on the Heritage Coast, Warkworth is a picturesque village, dominated by the dramatic ruins of its 12th century castle. The history of the village and the castle are intertwined with the Percy Family who took over the castle in 1332. The Percysâ other home is nearby Alnwick Castle, most recently associated with Harry Potter as the film location of Hogwarts School. The main street is lined with Georgian and early Victorian houses and there is an exceptional range of galleries, antiques shops, a village shop/Post Office, pubs, restaurants and gift shops to suit all tastes.
