Furthermore, the nearest pebble beach is just 500 meters from the Villa! The location of the villa allows for a complete escape from the bustle of everyday life. Despite this, Villa is located close to all the facilities Novalja offers.

This elegant Villa is the perfect combination of modern and rustic style that will make you feel at home. Villa consists of two floors. The ground floor is a sunny, airy area that includes a fully equipped kitchen that will satisfy all your needs, a dining room that can comfortably accommodate all guests, and a beautifully landscaped living room overlooking the pool. The heated pool is 29m2, surrounded by sun loungers and is ideal for lazy afternoons with friends and family. Near the pool there is also a barbecue. On the first floor you will find two rooms, one is equipped with a double bed and one with 3 beds. The rooms are very spacious and airy, equipped with televisions. The villa has three bathrooms, equipped with showers. Villa consists of 150m2, and offers two parking spaces.
