Located on the outskirts of Magherafelt which is a vibrant market town in the centre of Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland), this lovely property is only a three minute drive from the village centre and less that a sixty minute drive to the most popular tourist areas in Northern Ireland including the Giant's Causeway.

House Rules:
- Check-in from 3PM & Check-out on or before 11AM. (Flexible on request where possible).
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of two allowed.
- Parties and events are not allowed at the property.
- We welcome bookings for up to 8 guests. Additionally, we can comfortably accommodate a further 2 children including toddlers and infants. (2 travel cots available).
