There are four bedrooms at your disposal, three with a double bed and one with two single beds, and each with an en suite bathroom. On the ground floor of the house, there is a beautiful modern kitchen with a spacious kitchen island for preparing delicious meals for the whole family, which you can also serve on the nearby dining table. On the ground floor, there is also a spacious living room for pleasant evenings spent in the company of loved ones. There is only the glass door separating the living room from the outside area of the villa, which at the same time lets enough sunlight into the entire ground floor of the house.

The exterior of the villa is dominated by an impressive swimming pool with accompanying deckchairs for all-day relaxation in the sun. In addition to lounging and sunbathing by the pool, there is also a grill area available in the yard for preparing delicious meals on the grill and enjoying them on the shaded outdoor dining table.
