Family villa with 2 apartments, private pool and sea view
A spacious, modern villa. Nestled between olive groves with sparkling sea views from its balconies and terraces. The perfect place to unwind and relax. Ideal for families with teenagers or several couples as it has 2 self-contained apartments: both with spacious lounges and well-equipped kitchens. There are 3 sea-view balconies for those stunning sunsets, terraces running the length of the villa, shaded areas for alfresco dining, sunbathing terrace and pool. The beach is a 10-minute stroll.
The space
The first floor has 1 large bedroom, expansive wardrobes, a dual air-conditioning and heat unit, ensuite bathroom and a balcony with sea view. Along the hallway is a guest WC. The hallway leads to a spacious open-plan lounge and well-equipped kitchen. There is a fridge-freezer, modern electric hob, two ovens and grill. A large dual air-conditioning and heat unit keeps you cool on those hot days. French windows open to two balconies off the living room. One of the balconies is large, ideal for hosting a small party to watch the sunset across the bay. External stairs lead down to the ground floor.
The ground floor boasts 2 bedrooms (one ensuite), with an extra bathroom along the hall. Again, there is a spacious open-plan lounge and well-equipped kitchen with modern electric hob, oven and grill. French windows open onto terraces that run the full length of the villa. Several of the terraces are shaded for al-fresco dining, one with an outdoor ceiling fan. There is extensive outdoor lighting, an expansive sun-bathing patio adjacent to the 32 sq metre swimming pool which has lighting for those midnight dips.
The villa has large windows with flyscreens and shutters on both levels. WiFi, TVs and Bluetooth soundbars.
Beyond the pool patio is a garden area with fruit trees. To the rear and front of the property are olive groves. The spectacular views of Tagyetos Mountains can be seen from the back of the villa and pool terrace. To the front are views of the sea and nature.
