Summary:
A preferred first floor apartment positioned within a beautiful blonde sandstone tenement building in a popular pocket of Paisley. Comprising of large open spaces and lots of natural light this apartment contains all the original tenement features of high corniced ceilings and large windows. With on the doorstep amenities and transport this is a perfect place to make your home away from home.

The Space:
On entering the apartment, you are met with a spacious hallway which leads off to the other rooms in the apartment. Three bedrooms are carpeted with a light modern grey carpet and painted with light and airy tones. The master bedroom has a laminate floor, as does the living/kitchen area. There are 4 bedrooms 3 of which have double beds and 1 which has a single bed. The master bedroom has an attached en-suite. There is also a separate family bathroom which comprises of toilet, shower and sink.

The apartment has a large open spacious integrated kitchen, dining/lounge area. The kitchen comprises of fridge/freezer, induction hob, integrated oven, kettle, microwave, toaster and washing machine all for your basic needs.

The bedrooms have all fresh crisp white linens and plenty cupboard space for all your belongings. If travelling with young children, there is a cupboard in one of the bedrooms full of toys, books and games to keep them entertained and your stay hassle free. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and firestick.

The apartment has central heating and has full internet broadband and WIFI facility with access to AMAZON PRIME on the Smart TV.

Linen and towels are all provided as well as all the essential toiletries.

There is a large shared spacious garden also located to the rear of the property which is level and lawned and may be enjoyed all year round.

The Neighborhood:
Quietly located in Paisley, there is a wide and varied array of amenities on offer. The Centre of Paisley offers a bustling collection of small bespoke shops as well as a sizeable Morrisons supermarket for general day to day requirements. Cafes, bars and restaurants are also a feature of the area with more sporting and outdoor pursuits to be found. There are plenty of things to do in Paisley such as visiting Paisley Abbey, which is an important part of Scottish History. Gleniffer Braes Country Park where the beautiful sight of the waterfall cascading off a steep cliff shouldn't be missed, Paisley Museum and Art Galleries, the Fountain Gardens a great place to take young kids. If you're feeling sporty why not try Bubble Soccer Scotland. There is also Delta Force Paintballing situated in Johnstone near Glasgow Airport which is an 18min drive from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Regular bus links are available to neighbouring areas such as Johnstone, Shawlands as well as Glasgow City Centre. Paisley has access to an excellent road infrastructure including the M8 motorway making it an ideal base for the commuters to Glasgow City Centre or Glasgow Airport.

The nearest train station is Paisley Canal train station which is literally a 30 sec stroll from the apartment. Glasgow City is 7 miles away from Paisley.

Suzy and the BNB Guru team were great. The property was easy to book and they were very easy to communicate with. The pictures looked great, there were no reviews and the property was a "new listing". Upon arrival, the check in process was very easy and the 1st floor apartment was very accessible through a trashy and sticky stairway. Unfortunately, the apartment was very dirty and it smelled terrible. I think that something had recently been cooked in the apartment the did not smell favorable. The floor was sticky throughout. The carpets were dirty, stained and crusty. The toilets were dirty. They had been wiped but were not clean. The counters and kitchen table had crumbs left on them. The refrigerator and kitchen appliances were clean and functioned properly and there was a nice selection of coffee, tea and Biscoff left for us. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. We spent the first of the three nights booked, bathed in the very nice shower stall and checked out to find other accommodations. The downtown location was an issue for us and absolutely no fault of the BNB Guru team. We were trying to be adventuresome with our choice of property but learned that we are not city people. I let the BNB Guru team know that we were leaving early but didn't inform them of our dislike of the cleanliness of the apartment. We took the trash out and left without regard for the cost of the rental. We found a hotel South of the city in a quaint little town. It was lovely
