A lovely 2 storey Villa with a spacious back yard, a large outdoor swimming pool, and bbq facilities; conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in Pernera, just a 3-minute walk from Polyxenia Beach. A perfect place for families and groups, considered as one of the most relaxing areas in Cyprus.

The house is perfectly situated behind the main road far from any noises in a private complex. Supermarkets, pubs, bars, and restaurants are all located within walking distance.

The villa is a 3-minute walk to the Protaras coastal promenade, where you can enjoy a walk or run by the sea and the new Pernera boardwalk leads straight to the center of Protaras, only a short 15 - 20-minute walk from the villa. A Bus stop is located just opposite the complex, offering Quick & Easy access to Protaras, Kapparis, Paralimni, Ayia Napa and Waterpark. Taking the location into consideration, a car is not necessary.

The detached Villa is cozy, friendly, and overall is highly operational. The top floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with bath and shower). The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a double bed, bedroom no. 2 also features a double bed and bedroom no.3 two single beds that you can put together to form a double bed. There is a camp-bed available for the 7th guest that can be placed in any room chosen. Thus, a total of 7 people can sleep comfortably. All bedrooms have spacious cupboards and equipped with split-type air conditioners (heating/cooling).

The living room has comfortable leather furniture with a touch of artistic paintings and well lighted large windows that when open let the cool wind come inside allowing you to relax and fill your batteries up for even greater holidays! The dining room is next to the kitchen and behind the living room, with a large table and 6 chairs, ready for you to fill it up with hot or cold dishes (depending on your taste) and enjoy the family or friendship times with your loved ones!

The kitchen is fully-equipped and offers everything from a full-size stove and oven, washing machine, and microwave to cookware, tableware, and utensils. Cook like home away from home!

The back yard provides you complete privacy and is equipped with a comfortable wooden sofa set, outside dining table, sunbeds, Cyprus BBQ and elegant lighting for the night.

If you prefer a little shade, relax under the lovely covered pergola and enjoy your morning tea or that cold beer by the pool during a nice and sunny Cypriot afternoon.

Villa Anemone offers private parking at the road level next to the main entrance door.

Important!: This is NOT a recently built 5* luxury accommodation - if this is what you are looking for then please look elsewhere. This is a ~15 year old family holiday house that is regularly used by the family that owns it, with usual signs of wear and tear, just like a regular holiday house would be. We maintain it to the highest standards of cleanliness and state for our guests. You are more than welcome to book this place, but please first do a thorough review of the photos and review comments from prior guests prior to booking, so as to avoid any misunderstandings. Thank you!

GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.

PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!

PLEASE NOTICE: The trees that are showing on the photos behind the swimming pool have been removed by the neighbour.

EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
• If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.

• EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.

• Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair

Lovely property. Good location. Nice walk into Protaras in promenade. Great restaurant around the corner called Doma. The outside dinner chairs covers were worn could do wth changing. Not much cutlery for a family of 5.
