A light and spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with the added bonus of a shared courtyard garden.
Located in the fashionable north London neighbourhood of Islington, this home forms part of an imposing corner building at the end of a row of Victorian townhouses.
Although the apartment is at ground level, please note there are a number of steps leading up to the front door and internal steps down to the apartment itself.
Close by is Islingtonâs vibrant Upper Street and Barnsbury's Arundel Square, a local landmark of public gardens with mature trees and beautiful flowers.
The home has been newly refurbished with stylish wooden flooring and a neutral colour palette, flooded with natural light from its large windows.
From the hallway, guests enter a large L-shaped open-plan living space with wall-mounted television and a large sofa. There is a small dining table for eating or working from home.
The kitchen area features white units with plenty of storage, a gas hob, fridge, and a full range of cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has dual-aspect windows creating a wonderfully light space, a king-size bed, and wooden blinds. There is an abundance of hanging and drawer space for guestsâ use.
The large bathroom has a semi-circular bathtub, overhead shower, and plenty of storage space.
The communal courtyard garden is accessed via a gate to the side of the main entrance.
