This beautifully presented one bedroom flat is located in a peaceful tree-lined street in Brook Green, moments from Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush.
The property is on the first floor of an attractive Victorian house in one of West Londonâs prime residential locations.
It is an ideal base for two people who wish to explore this vibrant area, as well as being close to Holland Park, Kensington and the famous shopping mall at Westfield.
The flat is entered via a newly-refurbished communal entrance and stairway. Inside it is a perfect blend of modern and traditional styles with distinctive artwork adding interest and colour.
The home comprises a large open-plan reception room with high ceilings and plenty of natural light from its large window overlooking the leafy street below. Further features include an overmantel mirror, large sofa on which to relax in front of the television and a small dining table for leisurely meals or a space to work from home.
A well-equipped compact kitchen is light and airy and contains all modern conveniences needed for self-catering.
The double bedroom, with king-size bed and plenty of storage, backs onto the lush green garden making it quiet and peaceful.

The home is in a prime residential street situated to the west side of Shepherds Bush Road. There are good transport links to the West End and major attractions in Kensington, Holland Park, Earlâs Court and Sloane Square. It is also conveniently placed for business travellers to Kensington Olympia and Hammersmith Broadway.
A short walk away are Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith underground stations on the central and Piccadilly lines. Heathrow Airport is just over half an hour away by taxi or tube. A local Sainsburys supermarket is less than a minutes walk away as is the bike rental station perfect for those wishing to ride along the river Thames just ten minutes away. The homeowner recommends excellent local restaurants Le Citron and Brackenbury Wine Rooms, also Bertolli Ice Cream Venue in Hammersmith Grove which is five minutes from the flat. Also highly recommended is a laundrette/dry cleaner at the end of the road run by a friendly team!
