Family getaway

Perfect area to book with welcoming neighbors. Very clean and nice. Definitely worth booking this rental again for next year.

The place was like home away from home. Everything was clean and pleasant on eyes. The layout was spacious and bright. I would definitely recommend this location to stay while visiting Tampa

Softball Tournament

The property was very nice and clean and was very easy to communicate with owner. The beds were a little small for adults and the pillows were very thin but overall I would stay there again.

Tampa Getaway

We had a great time at the property. Very clean. New. Very Very close to Busch Gardens (about 3 mins). Also pretty close to all the local sights. Owner is very attentive and reaponded very quickly Would definitely recommend.

Nice place for a SHORT stay

Place was super clean, looks new, and the host was quick to answer questions. Just a few complaints: the mattresses and pillows were very cot-like, the showers had no water pressure at all, and the heat was broken on a very cold weekend when we stayed so that was rough. It’s not in a great neighborhood but the neighbors were friendly and we had no issues. Location is very close to Busch gardens and USF.

Beautiful Property, Enjoyable Stay

My family and I spent 5 nights at this property and were not disappointed. It seemed to be newly renovated; the pictures were not deceiving! There was plenty of refrigerator/freezer space for our victuals. The family room was comfortable for conversations and watching movies together, and we loved that 2 of the 3 bathrooms had walk-in showers with rain shower heads. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to shops, restaurants and other activities. Yes, it is actually only 5 minutes to Busch Gardens. Would rent again if I return to Tampa!

Our stay went from almost perfect to a nightmare

Me and my family and friends booked this home for our short stay in town for the weekend. The home itself was very beautiful. However we did encounter many problems in the home that we had to make the host aware of such as the shower water in every bathroom being extremely cold and would not get hot for our first two days at the home as well as the tub in one of the bathrooms was clogged. The owner was responsive however decided to respond 10pm at night to enter the home to fix it and we suggested he should come 8am in the morning instead for everyone to feel comfortable with him in the home. On the day of our departure from the home we ensured to follow every check out instruction of the home which included putting blankets and towels in the laundry room for the cleaning crew to wash. Our departure from the home is when we experienced a totally different demeanor from the host of the home in which he was most certainly disrespectful in texts with false claims of us leaving the home in a condition in which we know in fact we did not. The owner sent multiple disrespectful and racist comments to us and kept referring to us as “you people” in regard to racist antics of our skin color demanding we pay a fee for things I in fact know were not true. The owner wanted money for things that was stated in the houses information for the cleaning crew to do such as washing makeup and dirt off of towels, even though it stated in check out to just put All dirty laundry on floor.

Like a Model Home

The inside of this place was beautiful and super clean. The beds were comfortable and had two bedrooms with bathrooms and desk to work. Great place to stay!

Beautiful renovated home close to Busch Gardens.

My family and I stayed at this property with another family and we had plenty of space. The bedroom setup was perfect for our needs. There is a laundry room and 3 FULL bathrooms. The first night we had plumbing issues but the host was very responsive and had the issue resolved early the next morning. Loved the kitchen and bathrooms interior design.
