The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin with basin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a front garden, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, and roadside parking. No smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. 48 Polecat Cottages is a wonderful base for exploring East Sussex as a family. Note: The stairs are quite steep and unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There are low ceilings throughout the property. Please Note: during July, August and school term holidays this property accepts a minimum of 3 nights

Brighton Seafront is also accessible by car and is home to a variety of amusements. Enjoy a day by the water at Brighton Palace Pier, then tour the Upside Down House and SEA LIFE Brighton before ending your day with a bag of chips on Brighton Beach.
