On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double, and a private bathroom.On the first floor, the villa features a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as two bedrooms with single beds that can be joined to form doubles. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and two balconies, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors.The lower level includes a games room with a pool table and sofa, a bathroom with a bathtub and a convenient laundry room.The kitchen is modern, functional and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals with ease and comfort.Outside, the barbecue and dining area by the pool invite guests to enjoy relaxed meals in a peaceful and private setting.Located just a few steps from Albufeira Marina and a short drive from Peneco and São Rafael beaches, this villa offers the perfect balance between rest and entertainment, with bars, restaurants and shops nearby.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 8 guests.From the 9th to the 10th guest (1 adult + 1 baby), an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
