The property is located near to the Town of Workington, a busy town with shops, supermarkets, pubs, takeaways, and your usual high street brands. You are close to plenty of major tourist attractions, and it is well connected to explore the area. Located close to the West Cumbrian Coast you have the lively harbour of Whitehaven to the South and Maryport to the North, which has a good selection of bars, restaurants, pubs serving local ales and independent coffee shops and cafés.

Further North you will find the seaside town of Allonby with a long stretch of unspoilt coastline and a sandy beach. To the East, you are just a short drive to the Lakes and Fells with Ennerdale and Loweswater about 20 minutes by car. Keswick is 30 minutes away and Cockermouth only 10. If you’re looking for a good value break with easy access to The Lakes, fells, beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, Sea Breeze could be right up your street!
