Summary:
Villa Mendes comfortably sleeps up to seven guests in three cosy bedrooms. Villa Mendes is a beautiful spacious villa with an outdoor pool. Perfectly located in walking distance to the beach, there are several restaurants nearby and the city centre as well.
Inside the apartment there is, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and three bathrooms. Outside the villa is an outdoor pool and barbecue area perfect for al-fresco dining. Perfect for families with younger children, this villa is fully fenced which is great for keeping an eye on the kids!
There is a security deposit payable before travel of ÂŁ250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).
The villa sleeps six guests. Should you have an extra guest joining your stay, we can provide a comfortable Z bed at a supplement cost of ÂŁ150 per week for the seventh guest, allowing you to accommodate everyone comfortably.
Please note, the villa is pet friendly, however prior notice is required and a deposit of ÂŁ150 plus an extra cleaning cost.
